• To help prevent piracy and unauthorized distribution, each note or material you access or download will be digitally watermarked with your email address and phone number.
• These watermarks may be visible or embedded digitally on every page/document.
• By using this app, you acknowledge and consent to your personal credentials being used for this purpose.

3. Anti-Piracy and Usage Restrictions

• You must not:
  • Share, distribute, or circulate the notes/materials, including by forwarding files, taking screenshots, or making screen/video recordings.
  • Photograph the app screen or printed notes using another device.
  • Print, scan, or digitize the materials in any form.
  • Allow third parties to access your account or credentials.
• Warning:
  • Any material found in unauthorized circulation, bearing your watermark, may be traced to your account.
  • Breach of these terms may result in account suspension, legal action, and/or reporting to school authorities.

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

• We actively monitor platform activity to enforce anti-piracy measures.
• All access, download, and usage activity may be logged.
• If unauthorized sharing is detected, we reserve the right to:
  • Terminate/suspend your access without prior notice.
  • Take legal action and/or seek damages for copyright violations.

5. Consent & Privacy

• Your personal data (email and phone number) is processed for the purposes of watermarking and account management.
• By accepting these terms, you grant us permission to use your credentials as described above.

6. User Responsibility

• You are responsible for securing your login credentials and ensuring that no one else uses your account.
• Immediately inform us if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or if your personal details have been exposed.

7. Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the app and are effective upon posting.
• Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
